Contract Administrator [Poland]

Overview

This role is responsible for managing the administration of all contract activity between the company and its vendors customer and partners.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the contract development and execution processes for customers, vendors and partners
  • Advise internal and external customers on legal issues and risks, agreement structures, contractual rights and obligations, terms and conditions, and company policies and procedures
  • Work under the supervision of staff attorneys and apply basic contract best practice principles to compose draft contract documents
  • Work with business stakeholders to determine business terms of contracts; work as liaison between internal and external parties to negotiate business terms of contracts
  • Compose and maintain internal documentation on contract processes
  • Review contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations; identify contract noncompliance and work to rectify contract noncompliance
  • Provide input on updates and improvements to contract templates; assist with implementation of changes
  • Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Provide input on how to improve internal efficiencies; grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends
  • Assist with special projects, as assigned

What will make you successful

  • High School diploma
  • Demonstrated understanding of contract and legal terms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; with strong Excel and Word skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Good collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Sound business and technology acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, discretion and tact
  • Up to 5% travel time required
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
