About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as our HR Reporting Analyst until January 2024!
Within this role you will be supporting the Senior Partner and broader People, Culture and Transformation (PCT) team by coordinating continuous reporting of workforce metrics and KPI’s. You will be developing and providing analysis on people data for reporting and dashboards and support the development of workforce modelling to capture position establishments in line with business and strategic plans.
As the HR Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for data integrity, conducting regular checks and cleansing of workforce data as well as ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders throughout Box Hill Institute and work collaboratively with members of the PCT team!
The salary for this role is PACCT 8 $98,244.00 per annum plus superannuation.
About You:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar
- Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics and reporting
- High level experience using HRIS systems and a broad range of software applications for workforce reporting; Microsoft Suite experience (required) Power BI exposure (highly regarded)
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to interpret and transform complex data into meaningful reports
- Drive and commitment; high standards of performance for self and enjoys a vigorous and dynamic work environment
- Ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal and working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
