The Airbus Quality organization is searching for a Quality manager for the Logistics & Transport Department in charge of distributing Products (From Supplier to Point of Use).

You will :
- Manage the day to day relationships with Airbus logistics organizations to
- Be part of major projects (SA second FAL, direct ordering, direct shipment,
end to end flows from good receipt to distribution to point of use and
minimize impact on environment
- Set-up processes in a collaborative approach with logistics engineering and
respect of Quality standards
- Approve all new logistics demands by analyzing the proposals, evaluating risks for material and people and ensure requirements are covered
- Introduce new requirements in logistics & Transport provider’s contracts by
applicability through applicable document lists (ADL).
- Be accountable of “On Quality” KPIs and challenge logistics or transport on
- Request, challenge, approve root cause analysis for all major damages or
- Survey logistics/transport activities through regular audits and go-look-see in
- Be the focal point for all audits and assessments (External, Internal, and
audit findings on time. Acting as supplier auditor, you may conduct supplier
logistics audits in other countries
- Secure the reporting to management on time and update the dashboard on a
- Manage Quality delegations, Authorizations to perform logistics transactions

- Deep knowledge of quality certification systems such as EN9100 and EASA
- Experience in Auditing and Lean Management would be a plus
- Experience in Airbus, Quality and Logistics: at least 3 to 5 years.
- Good knowledge of Quality tools (PPS, 8D, 9S, PDCA…).
- Good ability to work in a demanding, multi-functional and multinational
- Availability to travel to EU Airbus sites (1 or 2 times a year)
- Team mindset and ability to work with people from different functions and
- Good Communication (written, spoken)
- Ability to negotiate and find win-win solutions
- Capability to prepare and deliver clear messages to various audiences

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 to 10 years Airbus experience on the domain of Operational Logistics or
Technical knowledge
- Supply chain management especially Airbus logistics skills and flows for
- Quality Assurance and Airbus commercial BMS
- Project Management
- Auditor is a plus
- Airworthiness and conformity attestation (Regulation part 21, part 145)
- Warehouse Management System in SAP (MM, EWM,QM)
- Language skills: professional English level required (speak, read and
