Your key responsibilities:

The Omnichannel Lead (d/f/m) creates, refines, and drives implementation of the omnichannel strategy for Sandoz, for example:
  • Develop, promote, and execute next-level segmentation throughout the organization
  • Consents: advise and consult on different consent collection options, challenge and maintain overview of activities and targets
  • Omnichannel campaign planning: promote and advise on approach to quantified campaign planning throughout all the business units.
  • Omnichannel campaign quantification: promote usage of campaign dashboards and advise on refinement of future campaigns
  • Lead and further develop our HCP portal to fully leverage this asset
  • Advise on enrichment and traffic optimization of the digital Sandoz channels
  • Insight Generation: Monitor of customers and their behavior as well as competition & market trends and best practice examples in the digital environment. Coordinate ad-hoc market research regarding omnichannel topics. Support development of further data sets for omnichannel quantification.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign KPI reporting
  • Propose innovate solutions how to improve customer engagement
  • Management and coordination of agencies
  • Ensure data privacy regulations are considered and respected

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential:

  • University degree in business studies with an emphasis on online/digital marketing
  • At least 3–5 years’ relevant business experience, including digital consultancy, web agency, or digital market research
  • Strategic and business acumen, with the ability to partner with business unit stakeholders
  • Outstanding people, communication, and presentation skills combined with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • Experience with website strategy and tactics
  • Proactive team player
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Project management skills
  • Passion for new technology tools and the use of these tools
  • Native or business-level German & English

GJFA 5: In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 60,212.18 / year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
