The Position
Main Responsibilities/Responsibilities
Customer Management
Establish a good information communication channel with key customers, explore the concepts and academic needs of healthcare professionals (HCP), and deliver professional medicine/disease/product information
Send scientific progress in the corresponding disease field, and promote doctors to formulate standardized treatment plans
Send key information on Roche products, improve Roche product awareness, and collect feedback
Send relevant information on disease field diagnosis, and help improve the diagnosis rate of patients in the ecosystem
Discipline construction
Understand the hospital's existing disease diagnosis and treatment path and expert diagnosis and treatment concept and process Sort out the pain points in the relevant treatment departments and diagnosis and treatment process Through the establishment of head hospital exchanges or cross-hospital training, education conferences to conduct doctor/department education Gradually build a standardized diagnosis and treatment platform
Plan management
Plan the academic promotion plan for the corresponding ecosystem, negotiate with colleagues to reach a final plan, and implement it.
1. Organize and support regional expert meetings
2. Understand doctors' concepts, needs, and meeting arrangements formulate meetings and coverage plans implement meeting plans return visits to collect feedback
3. Make reasonable budgets according to company regulations and implement them as planned to ensure reasonable and effective use of resources
Standardize the whole process of diagnosis and treatment and diseases. Management
Promote the transformation of experts' diagnosis and treatment concepts and behaviors, realize standardized diagnosis and treatment, and cooperate with patient solution managers to focus on and promote the entire management of diseases and the optimization of treatment plans

Become an expert in product and disease areas Provide coaching and support to new team members Actively communicate with teams inside and outside the ecosystem Members cooperate and share to integrate resources and improve team capabilities.
Required Competencies for the Position

Working years
. More than 3 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
.Previous sales/marketing/medical experience

Education/Qualifications

.Bachelor degree or above in medicine or pharmacy
.Pass the RDPAC exam during the probationary period
.Complete all required Roche courses during the probationary period
