Job Description :

· System Data Entry

· Assists customer orders and inquiries

· Order/Stocks Replenishment

· Report variances and correction of stock qty

· Collections of due accounts

· Deposit Collections (cash and checks)

· Monitoring of customer orders/coordination with customers for pick-up of ordered items

· Monitoring of Accounts Receivables / Monthly Report

· Petty Cash Monitoring and Replenishments

· Monitoring of Office Supplies and other needs of the Depot

· Processing of Permits and Licenses

· Building monitoring of rental payment and tenant concerns

Requirements :

· Graduate of any Business course

· experience in sales analysis

· Good at office work, familiar with report preparation, memo, and business correspondence.

· With good analytical skills.

· Proficient in excel and office applications.

· With good communication skills both written and oral

· With good interpersonal skills

· Experience as Marketing Head or in the sales-marketing field is an advantage but not necessary

· Good attention to details

· With good EQ ethical and professional behavior

· Can work with minimum supervision

· Strong leadership abilities and management skills

· Willing to be assigned R. Magsaysay Ave. Davao City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php15,000.00 per month
