Salla, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for collaboration with key business partners to build innovative solutions that enhance the company's competitive position. As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the candidate will manage and lead a team while reporting to the VP of Business Development.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:Join forces with the executive team to devise an all-encompassing business development and partnership strategy, seamlessly aligning with our company's overarching vision and milestones.
  • Opportunity Identification: Spotlight and assess novel business ventures, budding markets, and prospective partnership alliances to bolster our market stance and diversify our product suite.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Roll out efficacy measures, refining processes, and instituting performance metrics to escalate productivity and fine-tune results across the business development and partnership spectrum.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate a robust collaboration ethos, ensuring impeccable coordination between Business Development and Partnership teams and other operational arms, thus guaranteeing the fruition of grand initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Remain au courant with industry dynamics, the competitive arena, and customer predilections, harnessing this intelligence to inform data-driven decisions and tailor our value proposition.
  • Resource Allocation: Astutely distribute resources to magnify the impact of business development endeavors and partnership ventures, spotlighting high-yield opportunities.
  • Innovation Initiatives: Champion innovation, endorsing novel concepts, joint enterprises, and co-creation opportunities with partners to augment our product landscape.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust ties with pivotal stakeholders, clientele, and partners, ensuring triumphant negotiations, adept contract stewardship, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Offer exemplary leadership and guidance to the Business Development and Partnership brigades, enabling them to unfurl their wings and realize team aspirations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Perpetually monitor and assess the efficacy of business development and partnership endeavors, inculcating a culture of incessant refinement to navigate the path to success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic partnership development within the Information Technology and Services industry
  • Proven track record of developing successful strategic partnerships resulting in revenue growth
  • Experience leading negotiations of partnership agreements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
