THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Business Analyst to engage with our internal business stakeholders, GC Client Support Services (CSS) to support driving efficiencies and operational improvements through technology solutions while helping to drive efficiencies within the Client Support Service teams, through automation activities, workflow process improvement and migration onto more strategic systems.
Support would potentially across many regions US / UK / LATAM / EU / APAC. Team is global in nature.
As a Business Analyst you will have the immediate opportunity to:
Analyze, design, redesign, and documents “as is” and “to be” business processes;
Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements and user stories, acceptance criteria and/or functional and business requirements documents;
Identify data elements and provide data mappings/dictionaries;
Contribute to automation and BPM initiatives as well as documenting improvements to our claims and accounting systems;
Ensure the development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements;
Conduct/facilitate acceptance tests for solutions with user community, including, development of UAT test scenario and test scripts;
Take initiative without waiting for direction;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines;
Work and communicate with both business and technical stakeholders at varying levels of seniority;
Design and communicate technology solutions that can be traced back to requirements;
YOUR EXPERIENCE & VALUES
4+ years of experience using BPM tools such as Kofax / Camunda / Power Automate;
Background in (re)insurance, insurance-tech, finance/banking sector, healthcare;
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English & Romanian;
An understanding of API or Web Service calls;
Experience with Visio or similar process design/process documentation tool;
Experienced in facilitating requirements sessions, putting together presentations with agendas and objectives and be able to collate input back into comprehensive requirements/users stories and acceptance criteria;
Practical Agile experience with Jira or ADO;
Strong system analysis and technical capabilities
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GITHub;
Experience with Cloud based application development and deployment;
Knowledge of SQL queries / general database knowledge;
Experience with robotic (RPA) software solutions;
Experience with collaboration tools like Teams/Sharepoint;
Enthusiasm to learn new skills and new people;
Self-motivated to excel in a remote position, collaborating effectively with a remote team;
An inquisitive mind set with a track record of seeking out and implementing new technologies and architectural patterns;
