JOB DESCRIPTION :
A collection agents' primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts. To speak with them persuasively.
Requirement:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Flexibility in handling computer (Computer literate)
- Excellent communication skills
