We are looking for operators for our client, who is an important player in fresh ready meals in the Gent region.
This means that you:
- Fill different autoclaves with freshly prepared and packaged dishes to be pasteurized
- Closely follow production planning to pasteurize all dishes in a timely manner and efficiently combine different production batches
- Set up and monitor the pasteurization process via the autoclave management system
- After the pasteurization cycle, the products are transported to the refrigerated department for further processing
- Performs quality - safety controls, and ensures that quality documents are reported correctly to those responsible.

- You have good PC knowledge
- You like to be active
- You like to work independently
- You closely follow the hygiene and quality measures
- You want to work in a 2-shift system
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch or English
