Must have experience from UAE or KSA
· Qualification: Masters / Bachelor’s in Engineering in Civil / Architecture from reputed Local / International University.
PMP certified and PEC “Professional Engineer” is desirable
· Experience: 10-25 years in Real Estate Development.
- Location: Karachi
· Qualified & well versed with the real estate industry of Karachi.
· Well Versed with real estate by-laws of Karachi.
· Must be proficient in constructing & developing High-Rise Buildings.
· Knowledge of relevant software
· Responsible for initiating and delivering project opportunities, project delivery, sales/self- delivery and P&L.
· Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget to the satisfaction of all parties
· Strategically plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of potential projects (fit out and asset replacement) across Pakistan. This includes exploring business segments like Offices, Industrial and Retail.
· Chair monthly and ad hoc project review meetings covering all aspects of Health & Safety / PEC / SBCA / CDA / LDA Legislation and requirements.
· Develop a project business plan and annual financial plan for revenue and profit delivery.
· Carry out monthly forecasting and ensure the project are delivered at the right margins
· Identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project.
