The Position

Main Responsibilities/Responsibilities
Customer Management
1. Establish a good information communication channel with key customers , Explore the concepts and academic needs of healthcare professionals (HCP)
2. Deliver specialized medicine/disease/product information
a) Deliver scientific progress in the corresponding disease field and promote doctor Formulate standardized treatment plans
b) Deliver key information about Roche products, improve awareness of Roche products, and collect feedback
c) Deliver diagnosis-related information in the field of disease to help patients in the ecosystem Diagnosis rate improvement
Discipline construction
1. Understand the hospital's existing disease field diagnosis and treatment path and expert diagnosis and treatment concept and process
2. Sorting out relevant treatment departments and diagnosis and treatment Pain points in the process
3. Conduct doctor/department education by building head hospital exchanges or cross-hospital training and education conferences
4. Gradually build a standardized diagnosis and treatment platform
p>Program management
Plan the academic promotion plan of the corresponding ecosystem, negotiate with colleagues to reach the final plan, and implement it.
1. Organize and support regional expert meetings
2. Understand doctors' concepts, needs, and meeting arrangements formulate meeting and coverage plans implement meeting plans return visits to collect feedback
3. Make a reasonable budget according to the company's regulations, and implement it according to the plan to ensure the rational and effective use of resources
Standardize the diagnosis and treatment of diseases Whole-process management
1. Promote the transformation of experts' diagnosis and treatment concepts and behaviors to achieve standardized diagnosis and treatment
2. Cooperate with patient solution managers to focus on and promote the whole-process management and treatment plans in the disease field Optimizing
Self-management and teamwork
1. Become an expert in the field of products and diseases
2. Provide coaching and support to new team members
3. Actively cooperate and share with team members inside and outside the ecosystem to integrate resources and improve team capabilities.

Working years
. More than 1 year working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
. Previous sales /market/medical experience

Education level/qualification certificate
.Bachelor degree or above in medicine or pharmacy
