The Role

Partners and collaborates with line management and executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to talent, organization, compensation, and workforce planning.

Works with global leadership teams to understand business strategy and creates/implements HR plans to support their goals.

Responsibilities include providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives and recommending solutions to complex HR issues.

Through partnering with other HR functions, deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, performance management, talent review, and workforce diversity).

Serves on the client group’s leadership team, partnering on projects and other key initiatives to meet business objectives.
Who You Are

HR business partner experience supporting executives

Stakeholder management

Influence and coaching skills

Broad HR background including compensation, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness

Experience supporting global teams

Prefer candidates who have worked in technology organizations

Experience working in complex, dynamic, matrixed organizations

Ability to balance strategic with tactical, hands-on work
