Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Senior High School graduate
- 18 years old and above
- With or without BPO experience
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- 35 kilometers away from the site
- Can do onsite work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
