Data Entry / Call Center Executive

Lead Generating and Customer Service Positions.

Axcim Global BPO Solutions seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries.

Shift Timing: 7:00 pm - 3:30 am (Evening Shift)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Responsibilities:

A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Proficient in desktop applications and the internet.
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills, and organizational expertise mastering job description, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge.
  • Candidates must complete our training course.

Compensation Package : AED5,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary AED5,000.00 per month
