Role :
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Agile methodologies and driving successful project delivery? Do you have a strong background in IT and a desire to be at the forefront of Agile transformation within a company? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled junior, medior, or senior IT scrum master to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Key responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other meetings.
- Help the Product Owner on refining product backlog.
- Contribute to the adoption of Agile values in the organization.
- Provide specific coaching to team members.
- Support the team in the delivery while removing impediments.
- Track team capacity and progress.
Skills :
- Agile methodologies and techniques
- Scrum or SAFeor otherAgile framework
- Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Sound knowledge of IT is preferred
Languages :
- English + one local language (French or Dutch) is preferred.

- Hybrid position in Brussels
