About the role

Transparency and trustworthy ESG disclosure are areas of increased focus and importance – both internally and for external stakeholders. With the approval of the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) we are looking for new colleagues to drive the implementation process and secure compliance according to the new legislation.

The CSRD aims to strengthen and standardise the sustainability reporting across companies in the EU as well as improve transparency within the areas of environmental, people and governance impact. DFDS has performed the double materiality assessment and have identified the gaps to comply with the new requirements.

In collaboration with internal stakeholders the central CSRD team will be responsible for outlining DFDS’ future CSRD reporting framework, implementing procedures, processes and policies as well as defining and collecting key data across all parts of the DFDS group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop knowledge of the CSRD and imbed it in DFDS
  • Create and implement procedures
  • Develop data flow
  • Ensure consistent data capture
  • Develop reporting and systems
  • Develop documentation and proper data classification and labelling

The team, consisting of three new colleagues, will be based at our HQ in Copenhagen, and you will report to our new Head of Sustainability Reporting.

About you

You are self-driven, problem solving and pragmatic, with respect for colleagues and, you are able to focus on the big picture but are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the detail when needed.
