- You have excellent communication skills in Italian (C2) with fluent English (B2)
- Strong focus on customer needs
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
✅ Your responsibilities
- Identify customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company’s services
- Use a multi-channel approach to speak with customers (voice, email, social media)
- Handle calls from customers
- Offer support on queries regarding the services
- Ensures timely and efficient resolution of customers’ inquiries
