In this role you will be responsible for:
- Data collection and validation for contractual scopes
- Administrative support for order management and planning of customer contracts, execution in relation with spare parts transactions, covering data collection, data validation, upload, and order planning in accordance with contractual schedule
- Upload of contractual scopes and schedules
- Contractual orders planning and entry
Your profile:
- Ongoing university/college studies in Logistics/ Economics/ Engineering Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
- Good command of English (both oral and written)
- Analytic mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple priorities
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
