Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Transformation Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Formulate clear and aligned project Migration Scope, Objectives, Strategy & Plan, including high-level analysis as needed.
- Manage the preparation and execution of the Gennaker data migration based on agreed Scope, Objectives, Strategy & Plan.
- Optimize & coordinate planning and execution of data migration activities within all CXA Product Lines across Business Areas / Regions.
- Act as a facilitator between Electrolux Org. (mainly R&D), internal PLM team, and GEC (Global Engineering Center) for data transformation and migration activities.
- Ensure data transformation plans align with the PLM-system Teamcenter & implementation plans per Phase.
- Secure data transformation needs and plans per CXA Product Line are met & managed effectively.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities in data transformation planning and execution.
- Track progress vs. plan and provide regular reports.
- Understand the level of business maturity to contribute to organization change management and user training.
- Contribute to, and/or drive assessments/analysis relating to the project overall, as needed.
- Serve as a Project Core Team member, reporting to the Project Manager.
What you bring:
- Senior project management skills with a proven track record of orchestrating large and complex data migrations.
- Experience in creating relevant approaches for and coordinating the migration/transformation of complex data with varying levels of quality.
- Proficiency in planning and tracking multiple workstreams involving data owners within the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities and driving results in the designated area.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Strong team player, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient problem-solving skills applied proactively to address potential issues.
- Basic product knowledge and understanding relevant to the project’s domain.
