Become part of a winning team with a growing and dynamic business as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) Neuromodulation representing our innovative product pipeline for our Neuromodulation (NM) portfolio in the region from Vienna to Linz.
As a Medtronic Sales Representative Neuromodulation, you will be responsible for all sales and support activities including Operating Room support and patient Follow-Up’s for our Pain Therapies and Brain Modulation portfolio in your territory. Together with your Stakeholders, you will develop referral and therapy development activities to further expand the awareness of our therapies. You will work closely with the local teams and the teams across Europe, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Customer Support to best serve the needs of our customers.

A Day in the Life
- Promote and sell Neuromodulation products and services within your assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets while identifying and pursuing relevant leads and needs to drive business growth.
- Analyse market reports, identify, and target growth areas, and increase revenue.
- Take a wide organizational view of selling and managing our key accounts, with sufficient knowledge of our competitors and their products.
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-Operating Room support including patient selection and Follow-Up.
- Educate and train the physician and nursing staff on the correct use of our Neuromodulation products to maximise the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with all relevant client stakeholders.
- Attend national and international congresses and events as required.
Must Haves
- Geographically located in or willing to relocate to the Eastern part of Austria.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Sales, or Business / Market Development in the Healthcare or Medical Devices Industry.
- Charismatic and enthusiastic team player and a strong communicator with positive thinking and a „can do“ attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-changing, demanding, and highly matrixed business environment.
- Willingness to travel >75% within the assigned area
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor Degree in economics, biomedical engineering, health care or comparable.
- Product and therapy knowledge of the defined product scope.
- Stakeholder network in the field of neurosurgery, neurology, anesthesiology.
- Experience in the Operating Room environment

Yearly targeted salary starting from € 55.920,00 with the willingness to market-based overpayment depending on professional qualification and experience.
